A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff. If they ignore basic questions or reply with copy pasted text, I become suspicious. Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing. On the other hand, a well made pair of glasses can last a long time and feel comfortable all day.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. If anyone has long term experience with certain online shops, I am always curious to read it. Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier. That is why I sometimes leave comments myself when I test a new shop or product. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things.
Maybe this is useful for someone.
